Vinyasa Flow

Intermediate

A dynamic, flowing practice that links movement with breath. Each class builds strength, flexibility, and endurance through creative sequencing.

Yin Yoga

All Levels

A slow, meditative practice where poses are held for 3–5 minutes to target deep connective tissues. Wonderful for stress release and flexibility.
